Probability of receive this award is very high because TIFAC & DSIR (Under DST Direction) has approved (on principle basis) this AD-Syringe project under TePP. Letter Reference No. TIFAC/TePP/44/2007, Dated: 28 May, 2008.

I have sent all documents, technology, and concept with many reports and supporters letters according to application format. This envelope weight was near about 5 kg. I have given information / statement / answer to their require points. I have used 8 pages enclosed list with 150 points. The application has provided on confidential basis; it means the technology and other information (exclusive of form & enclose list) will not publicly disclose in future (timing and not timing of Award) by them

1. M.P. Council of Science & Technology (under DST, Govt. of M.P.) has sent letter to TIFAC for financial support and commercialization of patent. The organization has not considered any financial and commercialization at the timing of issue of letter. Now, the organization has started first time process of National Award with “financial support” and considering all patents since2005. Please consider this pending letter as an application reference to “Financial Support”.

2. Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh has also referred & sent MPCST Letter to TIFAC under my request letter(No. 1446/CMS/PUB/2007 Dated 08/02/2007) for Admire Certificate and for financial support.

I did not think about receive “Patent Certificate” for “AD-Syringe” concept in primary stage. I went to Mumbai (first time in my life) Patent office for only Design registration. Employees of Patent department reverted to me Bhopal because their advise was AD-Syringe concept fit for Patent Rights so…I apply for Patent. Library cell of Patent department has provided me all applicable forms and basic information for filling. I went again to Mumbai Patent office for submitted Patent application. I have prepared patent draft myself because nobody agent / attorney general (Registered under Patent Department) was available in Madhya Pradesh according to information of official website of Patent Office. Officers of Patent department didn’t accept my Patent Application because lot of mistakes was presented inside. Finally, Patent Application had submitted after 4 (fourth) attempts. I cleared many mistake after failing in every submission of Patent Application for “AD-Syringe”

First time, I have been read about “Patent” in Newspaper when Shri SUBE SINGH JI received Patent Rights for their invention since 1999. I wrote a letter to him and send one envelope with my address.
